Fozzie Bear has a new rollerskating act, but he has yet to learn how to skate, and he spends the entire episode careening around backstage. Finally, he manages to roll out on stage to tell jokes -- but when he gets too ambitious and tries to skate backwards on one leg, he falls off the stage.
