SCENE 1
Tango music plays (instead of the regular opening music) as Luis carries some empty boxes over to the Fix-it Shop and accidentally drops them after walking into the closed door, thinking it was open. He complains about it in Spanish, which captures the attention of Placido Flamingo, who performs his "Naughty Door Opera" about a similar experience he went through.

A man slips on his daughter's skate, and she points out that it makes him feel angry.

Sesame Street News Flash: Kermit is interviewing Cinderella and Prince Charming, who are dancing at the ball. After Cinderella leaves, she leaves one glass slipper behind. The prince wants to find Cinderella.... so he can have the other glass slipper.

They come up with words like "moo," "chew," and "two." Gladys displays a shoe she's wearing, but when Gordon tries to take it off, Gladys trips and falls over, becoming "just a little black and blue."

Big Bird finishes telling a joke to Slimey, and notices Susan going to the day care center to drop off some of Miles' old clothes which he's outgrown. Big Bird suggests that there may be others who will fit them, such as himself, but the shirt he tries on is too small for him. It's also too big for Slimey, but it's just the right fit for Elmo.

Two balls play on a seesaw, when a third ball wants to join them (ending up in the middle).

Ernie and Bert: Ernie brings a surprise home, and he tells Bert to guess what it is. The surprise turns out to be a puppy. Bert wants to call the puppy "Norman"; Ernie suggests "Godzilla the Wonder-Dog".
