Rowlf plays "Nola" in episode 221 of The Muppet Show. A third hand, looking like one of his own, appears at the end to help him finish out the piece.

"Nola" was written by Felix Arndt as an engagement gift for his future wife, Nola Locke. This 'novelty rag' has been recorded by many artists, including Victor Borge and Liberace. Les Brown's 1950 recording was a top-ten hit.
